GNC cancels 12 former regime laws , concerning provisions of real-estate ownership and land.

Tripoli, 26.10.2015 - (Lana) - The General National Congress , had
canceled 12 of former regime laws , concerning provisions of
real-estate ownership and land , most prominent the No. '4' law for
real-estate ownership , and law No. '7' for land ownership , and
compensation claims.
The congress asserted on issuing subsequent legislations to address
the implications of these laws , stressing on prohibiting the right
to self-fulfillment.
The cancelation of the former 12 laws , comes according to ,
decisions made by the committee for reviewing legislations in force ,
which was formed by the general national congress for this purpose.
