Oil installation guards refuses affiliation to the General Command of the Libyan army.

Tripoli, 25.10.2015(Lana) Oil installation guards, central
sector, dismissed its affiliation to the General Command of the
Libyan army, saying it is technically affiliated to the Ministry of
defense and administratively to the Oil National Corporation.
In a statement, it said it takes its orders and instructions from
its direct principle commander of central branch, Ibrahim Al-Gharab
and commander of Bariqa Oil Assets Unit, Abdulbasst Al-Zandah, and
Commander of Discipline Unity, Ibrahim Ali Shalsh and that it
receives orders from such hierarchy posts. It said it has no relation
with the so-called General Command of the Libyan army.
