Misrata Bakeries Sub-Syndicate Issues Statement About Rise in Bread-Loaf .

Misrata : 24. 10. 2015 - Lana - Bakeries Sub-Syndicate of Misrata has issued a statement explaining reasons behind flour crisis around the country. The statement clarified that since the GNC adopted the state budget for 2015 , which provided in one of its articles to replace subsidy of food supplies with cash money, thereof, subsidy was stopped regarding all goods including flour. The statement indicated that quantities of flour for bakeries started to decrease gradually and that led owners of bakeries to buy flour from factories in Libya at a high price reaching up to ( 75 ) Dinars per one quintal . The statement added that due to this rise, as well as other expenses ; the bakeries owners were forces to raise the price of the bread loaf . The syndicate has assured that such solution was temporary, till a fundamental solution is found to solve this crisis that affected ordinary Libyan citizen . = Lana =
