Administrative Control Body addresses head and members of the Constituent Assembly.

Tripoli, 22.10.2015(Lana) Administrative Control Body addressed head and members of the Constituent Assembly for drafting the constitution to express its surprise at CA ignorance of the role of the Administrative Control and for not including this important control body in the constitution being one of the sovereign institutions. The letter said it is strange that this control body is left out of the draft constitution. It wondered who would follow up implementation of laws, regulations and decisions and expose crimes and offences. In its letter the control body cautioned on the need to include the control body in the constitution considering not ensuring the control bodies in the constitution a serious issue with negative implications on the state. The body said its tasks and roles are not less important than other regular bodies enshrined in the constitution. This is to exercise effective control of executive bodies in the state and follow up their work to ensure they are carrying out their duties within their respective fileds. =Lana=
