underscored that postponing approval of the draft accord and its
annexes to post October 20, exposes Libya and its independence to
menace.

against the attempts of introducing further amendments to the
proposed text, urging Libyan parties to immediately approve the
political accord to end the current crisis.

Morocco, Qatar, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA to call on all
Libyan parties to approve the reconciliation accord proposed by the
UN envoy to Libya, Bernardino Leon.

anarchy and instability until agreement on a new constitution is
agreed and new elections are held that would ultimately ensure a
unified parliament for Libya and enjoy international legitimacy.

out the need to be mindful that the Libyan people wanted to put an
end to the state of instability and violence that caused extensive
human and economic losses.
