Mogherini reveals European plan to achieve stability in Libya soon after approval of government of national unity.

Representative, Fredericka Moghreni revealed what it described as a 
European plan to achieve stability in Libya within 40 days  from 
approval of government of national unity.
    In a report distributed to 28 EU member states, Moghreni said;  
Europe is ready to contribute to establish stability and improve 
security situation in Libya with the participation and cooperation of
Libyans themselves. Urgent assistance must be rendered to strengthen 
technical capacities of the new government to work effectively'.
    She added that the EU plan based on that Libyans see  tangible 
benefits from the restoration of peace and stability in their 
countries during the first six-months through support of local 
municipalities and improving health services'.
The plan according to the report include; offering of programmes at 
the cost of 100 million Euros during the first 180 days to give what 
it considered a positive momentum to the country by enhancing 
capacities of Libyan institutions in various sectors including 
training courses to army and police forces, members of the 
prosecution and development of the education and health sectors.
    The reported underlined that the agreement on a government of 
national unity provides an opportunity for security cooperation with 
Libya in fields of immigration, border control, and counter the 
growing     threat of  the extreme state organization.
