NOC: Libya produces 440,000 bpd.

London, 19.10.2015(Lana) Chairman of National Oil Corporation,
Mustafa Sanalla said Monday that Libya produces about 440,000 bpd of
crude oil. Sanalla was speaking at London oil and gas.
Reuters reported that production is still limited due to turmoil
in the country and closure of two main oil export ports since
December due to protests over jobs or closure of pipelines by armed
groups.
The institution is making concerted efforts to reopen the two
ports but the dispute besides the conflict between the two competing
governments in the country causing oil production less than what it
used to be before 2011 uprising which ousted Muammar Al-Ghadhafi.
