EU rules-out any military intervention in Libya.

Tripoli, 17.10.2015 - (Lana) - The European Union , yesterday Friday
, had ruled-out any military intervention in Libya , stressing that
it's time for the Libyan rivals to remove their restrain , and accept
the formation of the national reconciliation government.
Federica Mogherini , the high representative for security and foreign
affairs in the EU , in a press statement published yesterday in
Tripoli , said that there are no land intervention in Libya , within
the plan to pursue human traffickers in Libya.
She stressed , that it's time for the Libyan rivals to lift their
last restrain , and to accept the formation of the national
reconciliation government , pointing out , that the EU's role in
Libya , is just to follow , but the decision is a Libyan at the end.
Mogherini also said , there are a package of measurements , prepared
by the EU to go along with the reconciliation government … adding
that , the package was drafted since last February , and was
completed in March , just waiting for the Libyan accord.
