Tripoli, 15.10.2015(Lana) Libya phone announced the return
of communications to Ghat region, after concerted efforts by
technicians at Operations and Maintenance in Sebha.
In statement the company said Obari - Ghat track was connected
and communications were restored through Rissoul track.
