Kerry Urges Libyan Parties to Approve Final Draft.

Washington, 23 September 2015(Lana) The US Secretary of State John Kerry has urged Libyan parties to meet promptly after Eid Al Udha to ratify the final draft of the political agreement brokered by the UN Special Envoy to Libyan Bernardino Leon to pave the way for forming a national consensus government. In a statement published by the US State Department Kerry urged the parties to agree on candidates to the new government as soon as possible. 'Libya and its friends and partners of the international community need to address the urgent security and economic problems, Kerry said, adding that the national consensus government would give Libyan hope to re-unite their country, restore peace and security and rebuild the nation. He pointed out that the final agreement brokered by the UN Envoy was the fruit of painstaking effort made by all parties to reach a final solution representing all factions. =Lana=
