Bernardino Leon : We Reached Final Accord and Libyan Parties Have to Approve or Reject the Accord.

Al-Sakhairat : 22. 9. 2015 - Lana - Head of UNSMIL Mr. '' Bernardino Leon '' confirmed Monday evening that the UN had prepared a text of final and Reconciliatory accord ... Stressing that the Libyan sides have to appreove or reject this accord. During a press conference about the larest developments regarding the Libyan Dialogue at Al-Sakhairat , Mr. '' Leon '' said : '' We have a final text and our task has finished . Now, the matter is up to Libyan themselves taking part in the dialogue to give their response to this text ''. Adding that the response would not be in further negociations or amendments, but to say '' Yes '' or '' No '' to the accord . He clarified ,'' Each side will find elements that does not suit him in the accord '' ... emphasising that under these circumstance in Libya this accord is the '' solution '' and ''the only option''. '' Leon '' indicated that all participants assured readiness to discuss names of national reconciliation government after Eid Al-Adha '' and this process will be completed within two or three days .Expressing hope to complete the settlement course by the begining of October . On the other hand , he urged the concerned parties to deal positively with this accord and to put the national interest at the top of all considerations. The head of UN Mission in Libya said : '' Security is a priority for all Libyans '' . underlining that the only weapon capable of defeating terrorism is agreement and unity .
