Minister of Communication and Informatics: Opening Branch for US Motorola Gives Momentum to Completion of Second Phase of TETRA Project.

Madrid, 15 September 2015(Lana) The Minister of Communication and Informatics in the Salvation Government Sami Al-Fintazi has said that opening a branch for the American Motorola in Libya has given momentum to the efforts to complete the second phase of the national telecommunications network with Tetra technology. 'We very much need such encrypted telecommunication, Al Fantazi said at the event in Madrid during which the contact for completing the project was signed between Motorola and Libya's Etisalat Naweea Company. The TETRA project will provide confidential and encrypted telecommunication services in all over Libya. It will also provide a point-to-point function that traditional analogue emergency services radio systems did not provide. =Lana=
