Ministry of Culture organizes stragetgic planning workshop.

Tripoli, 31.08.2015(Lana) A workshop on general strategic planning kicked off Monday at the premises of the Ministry of Culture and Civil Society. The workshop targets deputy ministers and head of departments at various ministries and directors of culture offices. The workshop organized by Training and Development department at the ministry, and finalizing time management programme is to focus on ways to put a general strategic plan for the staff to develop their capacities and skills in order to be reflected on the administrative performance level of the beneficiaries, and activate work between medium and high level management and draft resolutions. The workshop also to tackle assessment of work situation, identifying points of weakness and strength and addressing them, strengthen cohesion and cooperation between directors of departments and offices at the ministry and its affiliated bodies.
