NOC Holds Series of Meetings With International Refineries Group.

London, 31 August 2105(Lana) The National Oil Company has held several meetings with the International Refineries Group in the Mediterranean and major companies specializing in oil industry. The meeting, which was held in London, was attended by the Governor of the Central bank of Libya, the CEO of the NOC, Libyan crude refiners and was devoted to bolstering of exchange in the oil industry with a pledge by NOC that it would honour its contractual obligations. The Governor of CBL said the Bank was committed to its role of ensuring NOC respect of its obligations at this difficult juncture marked by a decline of production and a price slump. He said all parties would join ranks in a bid to alleviate the suffering of the average Libyans and provide fuel as a priority. On his part the CEO of the National Oil Company said NOC would always seek to perform in an independent and professional way given that NOC is an economic body with an independent financial and administrative body. =Lana=
