90 illegal immigrants drowned off Zawara shores.

Tripoli, 28.08.2015 - (Lana) - At least 90 illegal immigrants have died and 200 rescued , after their boat drowned off the coastal city of Zawara coast , west of the capital Tripoli. The Chinese news agency quoted , from a source at the Libyan coastal guard service on Friday saying , that a damaged boat was carrying 400 illegal immigrants , was capsized on Thursday off Zawara city shores , from where the boat was launched , heading for Italy. The source added that , elements from the Libyan red crescent in cooperation with coastal guards , were able to rescue 200 migrants and picking 90 bodies from the sea , as from Thursday night till Friday morning , while about 110 are still missing in the waters. The source pointed out that , most of the dead were children of illegal immigrants from Syria, as well as some Africans. Usually boats with hundreds of immigrants on board , were launched from Libya , when their hope will end by drowning , due to the non-equipped boats to do these trips through the Mediterranean. =Lana=
