Ministry of International Cooperation Undersecretary Dismisses Rumors of Ministry Joining Foreign Ministry.

Tripoli, 26 August 2105(Lana) The Undersecretary of the Ministry of International Cooperation has dismissed rumors that his ministry was re-merged with the Foreign Ministry. In a statement to the Libyan news agency Abdul Hamid Gnais said there was no truth in those rumors and the ministry was still in place and functioning despite the difficulties it faced especially non-release of the 2015 budget. the Undersecretary pointed out that there were violations of the authorities of his ministry by the Foreign Ministry, especially in the administrative side, noting that the Strategic Planning Office at the Ministry of International Cooperation was the body authorized to prepare the Ministry's work plan for 2016. =Lana=
