Man-made River Water Flow to Abu Zayan Reservoir After Several Month Cut.

Gharyan, 17 August 2105(Lana) Reliable sources at the Man-made River Authority have disclosed that water was flowing again to the Abu Zayan reservoir in Gharyan, after a cut off which lasted several months. The Head of MMR Gharyan region Eng. Ali Al Hibshi told Lana correspondent water was back to the reservoir after the valve at Suk Lahad was switched on. Al Hibshi said the pumping of water into the water network of Gharyan and the rest of the Mountain area from Abu Zayan reservoir would start as of early next week, namely after the reservoir is filled with water.
