US and 5 European Countries Condemn ISIS Actions in Libya.

Washington, 17 August 2105(Lana) The United States, France,
Italy, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom have condemned in a
joint statement the barbaric actions committed by ISIS in Libya, and
demanded parties to the conflict to agree to form a national unity
government.
'We are deeply concerned by reports of bombing by these gunmen of
densely-populated areas in the city and the indiscriminate acts of
violence they perpetrated, to intimidate the Libyan people, the
statement which was published by the US State Department said.
It called on the Libyan parties to join effort to combat these
trans-state terrorist groups which exploited the situation in Libya
for their ends.
'The situation in Sirte reflects the dire need for Libyan parties
to reach a consensus to form a national unity government in
collaboration with the international community, to ensure security
against the extremist groups which are bent on destabilizing the
country.'
The six countries signatories of the statement stressed that
there was no military solution to the Libyan conflict.
