The General Commissioner for the Election of Libya's Amazigh Supreme Council extends date for registration of electorates and candidates.

Jadu, 16.08.2015(Lana) The General Commissioner for the Election of Libya's Amazigh Supreme Council extended Sunday the date for registration of electorates and candidates for the election of the Libya's Amazigh Supreme council. In a statement - a copy of which was received by Lana- the commissioner stated that registration of candidates would continue to August 20 and electorates would continue to August 24. The statement said the extension was in line with offering an opportunity to the public of the regions affiliated to Libya's Amazigh Supreme Council to take part in the elections described by the commission's statement as historic. The voting would take place on August 30 according to the decision of Libya's Amazigh Supreme Council. =Lana/ Jado=
