GNC: Crimes of Hafter forces in Benghazi war crimes are not subject to statute of limitations.

Tripoli, 10.08.2015(Lana) The GNC has reaffirmed that crimes
carried out in the city of Benghazi by Hafter forces are war crimes
that are not subject to statute of limitations.
In a statement Monday, the GNC announced that those responsible
for these crimes will be pursued, calling on the international
community to shoulder its responsibilities regarding these
violations.
The statement said all these crimes are taking place before the
eyes of the international community with clear support of regional
states, and that such support culminated with the airlifting of
mercenaries to fight in Benghazi, according to the statement.
