NSG Justice Minister inspects Al-Hadba Correctional Institution.

Tripoli, 10.08.2015(Lana) The NSG Minister of Justice, Mustafa Al-Galaib, paid a visit to Al-Hadba Correctional Institution, to inspect the work course of the judicial system and to firsthand witness events taking place in the institution. During the tour along with the undersecretaries of the ministry of justice for the state of law and human rights and for judicial police affairs and several employees of the institution, the minister reviewed the conditions of the inmates, health clinic and needs. Minister of Justice, Mustafa Al-Galaib, said the ministry has an urgent plan to improve the conditions of the prison and work on establishment of modern correctional facilities. Al-Galaib said, in a press conference that some of the torture cases were individual behavior for personal purposes, and investigations are underway and decisive measures will be taken in this regard. = Lana =
