Suleiman Maygha '' said today that armed men killed ( 10 ) civilians
in an attack on a village in northern Mali .
The attack came a day after another attack by Islamist Extremists
on a hotel used by UN employees where at least ( 12 ) people were
killed in the attack .
'' It was too early to decide whether there is a connection
between the two attacks'' , Mr. Maygha said .
