Belgium calls on EU to get ready to impose sanctions on Libyan dialogue spoilers.

Tripoli, 21.07.2015(Lana) Foreign Minister of Belgium called for imposing sanctions on Libyan dialogue spoilers, in order to reach a peaceful solution to the country's political and security crisis. In statements Tuesday he said that EU must be ready to apply sanctions in order to apply pressure on those rejecting to sign the agreement. EU External Affairs official, Frederica Morghrini described Mondays discussion by EU foreign ministers of the Libyan affair as a difficult issue and that sanctions are still for debate. EU foreign ministers discussed Monday in Brussels with the UN envoy, Bernardino Leon, the prospect of imposing sanctions against those hampering dialogue and the political solution into the Libyan crisis.
