National Committee for Human Rights urge conflicting parties in Sebha to immediately end fighting.

Tripoli, 20.07.2015(Lana) The National Committee for Human Rights
urged the conflicting parties in the city of Sebha to open safe
passages for relief and aid teams of the Libyan Red Crescent to
evacuate the injured and stranded civilians.
In a statement published on its website, the Committee expressed
deep concern over the escalating violence and the painful armed
clashes in the city of Sebha, where heavy and medium weapons are used
between the Tabou and Tuareg at Al-Twairi neighborhood for the past
week.
The Council of Sage, Shoura and Libyan Authorities urged, in a
statement, for immediate action for a ceasefire, ending violence and
finding a solution to end fighting between the two parties of the
conflict.
The statement emphasized that more than 20 people killed and 30
others injured, according to medical estimates, random shells
directly struck homes of the civilians forcing more than 200 families
to flee the neighborhood to Al-Manshiya school.
The National Committee for Human Rights warned the parties of the
conflict from the consequences of targeting civilians and held them
legally responsible for the victims and call for an immediate end of
the fighting and tribal clashes in Sebha.
