Tripoli Narcotic Detectives Seize 500 Grams of Heroin.

Tripoli, 15 July 2105(Lana) Tripoli police undercover detectives have seized 500 grams of heroin in a drug bust over the last two days. An investigation officer at the Anti-narcotic Department Abdul Salam Al Furjani told the Libyan news agency three persons were arrested, including a woman at Street No 10 in Ghut Al Shaal west of Tripoli. They were caught in possession of an amount of heroin with street value of LD 40000. After interrogation and confiscation of the haul the accused, who belong to Nigerian nationality, were referred to the general prosecution, Al Furjani said. He said the seizure was the result of fruitful work by the police detectives and other competent authorities and the sincere commitment to rid the country of the drug scourge. =Lana=
