Holland Commends Libyan Parties Initial Signing of Draft 4.

Amsterdam : 13. 7. 2015 - Lana - Holland has commended the
initialing of the Draft 4 of the Libyan political agreement under the
auspices of the United Nations describing the signing '' an important
stage '' .
Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs , '' Bert Koenders '' said in
a statement : '' It is an important stage reached after months of
negotiations ''.
He referred to importance of joining the agreements by the other
sides ... Assuring that the EU is ready to offer assistance to the
new government when formed.
