Audit bureau confirms some officials have entered data names didn't have work contracts or designation decisions.

Tripoli, 11.07.2015 - (Lana) - The Audit bureau today Saturday said ; in following the movement of entering salaries in the national number system in the Financial Ministry , it showed that , there were data of staff without appointment decisions. In its statement , the audit bureau said ; "the audit noticed that some officials have entered data of names , without appointment decisions or work contracts , which is a blatant violation in particular to the legislation in-force". The statement stressed on the necessity for all sectors , to comply the employees' data from the facts of the salary system , without manipulating with data. The audit called on public sectors to bear legitimate and moral responsibility of their honesty , in order to stop the current draining of the general budget. =Lana=
