Tripoli, 9 July 2015(Lana) The National Salvation Governemnt Foreign Minister Mohamed Al Ghirani has sent a cable to the Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramadan Al Amamra on the national day in Algeria.
