Head of NSG Says Rebuilding State Institutions Needs Strong Military.

Tripoli, 9 July 2015(Lana) The Head of the National Salvation
Governemnt Khalifa Al Ghuweil said rebuilding state institutions was
not attainable without a devoted strong military with no tribal or
factional links.
Speaking at an event in Tripoli on Wednesday, to mark the
anniversary of liberating the capital from the Gaddafi regime, Al
Ghuweil said by this parade Libya was demonstrating to the world that
it was steadily advancing towards building the institutions that all
Libyans aspire for.
The Army on parade is consisted of those whose hands were not
stained by the blood of their brethren, Al Ghuweil said. adding that
these brave revolutionaries would constitute the core of the future
army of Libya.
He appealed to the revolutionaries not to let down their fellow
citizens, and to protect the gains of the Feb 17 Revolution in a
country in which all Libyans enjoy a dignified prosperous life.
Al Ghuweil said the NSG will strive to ensure peace, security and
stability in Libya, and to fight corruption, crime, drugs and illegal
migration.
He demanded that the Army personnel call to work at their
barracks, to contribute to the goals set by the government to rebuild
the state institutions, and ensure a brighter life for all citizens
of this country.
Libya will re-emerge united, stronger and more prosperous and
there will be no place for terrorism on its soil, he said.
