Pumping of water to Jebel Nufusa disrupted.

Ghiryan, 05.07.2015(Lana) Head of Man-Made River for Ghiryan region, Ali Al-Habasi has revealed that pumping of water to Jebel Nufusa area stopped since Friday night. In a statement to Lana he said the disruption was caused by an attack on an air valve at river pipeline in Rughiat, 4 km from cement factory in Suk Al-Khamis, squandering large quantities of the river's water halting water supplies to the whole mountain. Al-Habshi added that contacts were made with Ghiryan municipal Council to coordinate with municipal councils of the mountain and Sabia municipal council to convene a meeting with ministries of water resources and local government in a bid to put an end to repeated attacks and indiscriminate and illegal water connections by the public in several areas. =Lana=
