Tripoli, 02.07.2015(Lana) President of General National Congress, Nuri Abusahmain stated that Libya is neither a source or destination country but transit one and not responsible for the humanitarian tragedy of illegal immigration. Abusahmain underlined in a speech during the protest organized Wednesday before the GNC premises in Tripoli, that the GNC decided not to send the dialogue team to Sukhirat next Thursday and it would not bow to pressures and threats, and the GNC is proceeding with the provision of the Constitutional Declaration and Constitutional Court rule and shoulders the trust until Libyans reach a consensus on a political vision that leads the next stage.
