Tripoli : 22. 6. 2015 - Lana - Italian Chief of Defense Staff , '' Claudio Graziano '' said Monday that any decision to impose sea blockade without a mandate by United Nations or a request by Libya is considered '' declaration of war '' .- In statements published today the Italian official clarified that his country would not abandon its responsibilities towards Libya.
