ISESCO Condemns Footage by Dutch Extremist Party Leader of Cartoons Insulting the Prophet.

Rabat, 21 June 2015(Lana) The Islamic Education, Science and
Culture Organisation ISESCO has condemned the publication by the
Leader of the Dutch extremist rightist party Girt Felders of a video
on the You Tube showing cartoons defaming the Prophet of Islam
Mohamed PBUH. Girt has previously failed to screen the video at the
headquarters of the Dutch parliament.
ISESCO President Abdul Aziz Bin Othman Al Tweijiri said a=in a
press release the racist move was designed as a provocation of
Muslims in the holy month of Ramadan, and yet a violation of the
international law on respect of cultural and religious diversity.
Al Tweijiri called on the UN, the European Council, the European
Parliament, UNESCO and the Vatican to condemn this act which violated
the international declaration of human rights and the UN resolutions
calling for respect of religions and religious symbols, and to press
the You Tube website not to publish material defaming religions.
