Head of NSG underlines that Administrative Number equivalent to National Number.

Tripoli, 18.06.2015(Lana) Head of National Salvation Government (NSG), Khalifa Ghawail underlined that Administrative Number (AN) is equivalent to National Number (NN), and using it would enable citizens all services accessed by the National Number (NN) such as salaries, passports and other administrative procedures. In an exclusive interview with Libya national channel, Ghawil explained that when the National Number was applied to salaries of Libyan civil servants, we discovered that a segment of Libyans had no National Numbers. He said this issue led us to hold work sessions with the Civil Status Authority (CSA), which in turn led to issuing Administrative Entry Number which is equivalent to the National Number. each member of a family is given this Administrative Number (AD) which allows the citizens to enjoy all services given by the NN. He added that the meeting with CSA produced giving these families an AN after discovering that 40,000 families have non -entry flag and suffer problem in this respect. He revealed that now between 40,000 to 50,000 families were given an AN. As regards issuing of passports to those with AN, he underlined that this step would allow the citizens complete their citizenship measures. =Lana=
