Temenhint International airport at Wadi- Albawanis Municipality in Southern Libya Inaugurated.

Tenmenhint : 17. 6. 2015 - Lana - First passengers flight arrived Tuesday evening at Tenmenhint International Airport which departed from Meithiga International Airport in Tripoli to start operating the airport . On this occasion a ceremony was held at the airport in the presence of Acting Mayor of Al-Bawanis Municipality and several members of municipal councils of Al-Shargiya, Al-Ghurdha and Sabha , as well as security officers of Sabha Security Directorate . One of Temenhint elders delivered a speech asserting that the ceremony was an historical event and great accomplishment to the southern region in particular and Libya in general... indicating that inaugurating the airport would facilitate travel movement for the citizen instead of travelling by land after the closure of Sabha international airport . = Lana =
