Libya-Africa Investment Portfolio Board Convenes in Malta.

Valetta, 16 June 2015(Lana) The board of the Libya-Africa Investment Portfolio has convened its first meeting this year in the Maltese capital Valetta. The meeting dwelt on investments of the companies affiliated to the portfolio, in addition to legal issues within the company and the affiliated companies. The Libya-Africa Investment Portfolio is consisted of several companies including 'Lap Green Communications', Libya Co. for African Investments LAIC, and the Joint Libya Oil Company. The Director General of the board Ahmed Kshad said the board is continuing its work from its offices in Malta. =Lana=
