Pan-Arab Parliament Vows Support for Libya's Democratic Options.

Cairo, 15 June 2105(Lana) The Pan-Arab Parliament has renewed its
support to the Libyan people and its democratic choice and said it
backed the Libyan dialogue that preserves the unity of the country
and its democratic path.
The Pan-Arab Parliament called on the constitutional Assembly to
expedite the draft to ensure that the country entered the permanent
phase and siege was lifted of cities and aid reached the needy.
It demanded that the UN Security Council set an ultimatum for
ending the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories and
establishment of a Palestinian state with Al Quds as its capital.
It voiced deep concern over the Israeli actions especially
assaults against Palestinian citizens the West Bank and in the cities
and towns in Al Quds.
Regarding the situation in Yemen, the Pan-Arab Parliament called
on all Yemeni parties to put the integrity unity and interests of the
country and its people first, and to implement the decisions
concerned with the Yemeni crisis.
Regarding Syria the Pan-Arab Parliament called for the warring
parties to cease all hostilities on the occasion of the Holy month of
Ramadan.
It urged the Syrian factions to adopt a peaceful approach to the
crisis and to sit down to the negotiation table to reach a consensus
solution within the framework of Geneva talks.
On Iraq the parliament said it was concerned about the security
and political developments in the country and highlighted the
victories which the Iraqi forces gained against ISIS group.
