Italian PM bears responsibility on the international community for the chaos in Libya.

Rome, 14.06.2015 - (Lana) - The Italian Prime Minister ' Matteo Renzi' , had blamed the international community for the chaos in Libya , which have opened the way in-front of hundreds of thousands of immigrants to cross the sea in boats to south Italy.
