Arab Organization for Electronic Media Holds a Symposium About '' Media Policies in Confronting Illegal Immigration in '' Transit '' Countries.

Tripoli : 13. 6. 2015 - Lana - Arab Organization for Electronic Media Organized Saturday morning a seminar about '' Media Policies in Confronting Illegal Immigration in '' Transit '' Countries. The aim of this symposium is to define media policies in fighting illegal immigration and to review the current policies to fight immigration and to define the legal concept of this immigration through international laws and agreements . It also seeks to explain the humanitarian effects on immigrants and the damages caused by immigration on countries of '' transition '' and to issue recommendations for media within this framework . The participants addressed several topic focused on media point of view regarding illegal immigration, settlement of immigration case and the legal and economic status of the illegal immigrants in the countries of '' transit '' . The morning session of this symposium discussed a work paper entitled Basics of responsibility between countries facing illegal immigration presented by Dr. '' Othman Saied Al-Maheshi '' and another paper entitled Illegal Immigration between suffering and finding solution by Miss . '' Hanna Abdullah Al-Jaddal '' . The Forth Deputy of Prime Minister in Charge of Media Mr. '' Mustafa Bu Titah '' explained in his speech that media will be the main supporting pillar to rebuilding of the state and the problems facing us as a result of illegal immigration was utilized by remnants of former regime who do not want this homeland to live in prosperity to gain financial revenues . MR. '' Bu Titah '' has underlined that Libya would never be a source of illegal immigration ... Demanding relying on ourselves and to benefit from others experiments and expertise in order to rebuild our country in a way that meets aspirations of coming generations . On his part, Director of Media at Anti-Illegal Immigration Body Mr. '' Mohamed Al-Ghaweri '' clarified in his speech at the symposium that immigration gives an indication that there is something wrong in the structure of world system prevailing today in terms of standard of living between north and south and the conditions facing the African continent . Mr. '' Al-Ghaweri '' affirmed that the best of efforts are being made to limit the deterioration of this global phenomenon by establishing boarding centers which contain thousands of detainees ; in addition to health care given to them .
