Tripoli, 10.06.2015(Lana) The High Committee for Local Administration Strategies of Ministry of Local Governance held a work session on Wednesday with the members of the local councils to review the methodology for the transfer of the terms of reference and the work mechanisms of the related committees to improve the local administration system in Libya. The meeting discussed methodology of implementation, timetable and responding to the inquiries of the members of the local councils to with regards to the executive rules and regulations and the communication process between the specialized committees and members of the local councils. The Head of the High Committee for Local Administration Strategies told Lana that the session comes in the framework of the initiative launched by the minister of local governance under the theme "Multi-knowledge local community". = Lana =
