Head of NSG Meets with Some Heads of Universities Unions from Different Parts of Libya .

Tripoli : 09. 6. 2015 - Lana - Head of National Salvation Government Mr. '' khalifa Al-Ghawail '' met today with some heads of Universities' Unions from different parts of Libya to discuss the performance of General Union of Universities . The speakers at the meeting, which is held in the presence of financial advisor of the prime ministry' office, brought up matters that hinder educational process inside some universities the most important is the halt of University students' grants . The Prime Minister indicated that necessary arrangement have been made to pay three months grants from stating that the remaining delayed payments are to effectuated as soon as possible after being compared with National Number . The participants also stressed the need to activate the security role inside universities and to put an end to security violations that caused instability in the educational process . They also discussed the possibility of transferring student grants from chapter ( 2 ) to chapter ( 1 ) . The Prime ministry's financial advisor pointed out , in this context , that it is not possible to transfer student grants from chapter two to chapter one at the present time according to administrative and financial regulations of the state . = Lana =
