Minister of labour announces setting up of fund for preparing and rehabilitating cadres and job seekers.

Tripoli, 09.06.2016 (Lana) NSG Minister of Labour Dr Mohamed Belkhair announced the setting up of a fund to qualify cadres and job seekers in order to set up future projects and establish new culture for the concept of labour economies generally. In an exclusive statement to Lana he said a meeting would be held next week to comprise government deputy ministers for this purpose. He said the fund would train cadres in administrative and operational aspects according to an economic vision and strength of resources capable of managing enterprises or an economic sector according to existing studies. Belkhair said; "The project would be easy, it needed a qualified staff according to a training programme, so training output be succeful in economic and vital issues'. Belkhair said fund financing initially would be from state budget then such funding will be diversified in future and creating financing mechanism by the fund itself. He expressed the ministry's readiness to ease the burden on the government sector and create alternative sectors that absorb job seekers and set up enterprises from the free and private sector. He noted that the issue requires the people of wisdom and will to change, explaining that there are necessary steps that must be taken so the fund attains its goal and start implementing its tasks. =Lana=
