NSG Minister of Planning meets members of Zelitin Municipal Council.

Tripoli, 09.06.2015(Lana) NSG Minister of Planning met Tuesday members of Zelitin Municipal Council to discuss several proposal the most important of which establishing Zelitin commercial airport or the so-called "Investment Triangle" and a proposal to set up a commercial area near the airport. The project supervised by the committee assigned to set up Zelitin Commercial airport aimed at linking several nearby cities such as Zeilitin, Tarhuna, Beni waleed and Misalata. Member of the committee Emhemed Al-Barbar said as a result of the continues efforts between the executive body, and relevant department and in communication with several consultants the final touches would be put to the structure by which the airport will be operated. Al-Barbar said the vision of the ministry of planning in this respect , that the goal of the airport would be an investment one and to rely on state allocations with preference to the national elements over foreign ones be at construction, or operation stages. He said the project would be carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport to realize sustainable development in Libya. Internal Investment Company expressed its full readiness to finance infrastructure of cities linked by this project to ease transport problems from and into these cities. =Lana=
