Exchange of detainees between Kikla and Zentan.

Ghryan, 08.06.2015(Lana) Abroad meeting was held Sunday in Assabaa which included several members of Shura Council and wise men from Kikla and Zentan to discuss putting a mechanism for the return of displaced people from Kikla to their city and ensure that no-violations take place afterwards. The meeting held under the auspices of Assabaa dignitaries and shura council is in line with good will efforts to establish comprehensive truce in the western region. Assabaa wise men council spokesman said two official assigned committee from the two cities held yesterday a third round to lay down a road map for the return of displaced people from Kikla to their city and ensure that no violation takes place in future that may harm the agreement in the future. In a statement to Lana he said the two sides demonstrated good will and agreed on several points on the issue to be discussed by their municipal councils for implementation. As a good will gesture the two sides exchanged prisoners, 12 from Zintan and 4 from Kikla. Shura Councils in Jebel Nufusa unanimously agreed in a meeting recently in Qala forming work teams to speed up implementation of the agreement. =Lana=
