US state secretary welcomes the resumption of Libyan dialogue in Morocco.

Washington, 06.06.2015 - (Lana) - Marie Harf , senior Advisor for
Strategic Communications to US State Secretary , had welcomed the
resumption of the Libyan dialogue session in Morocco , which was set
by the 'UNSMIL' , on the 8th of June , to reach a political agreement
that puts an end to the conflict in the country.
Harf , who noted the efforts made by the special UN envoy , had
stressed that the Libyan crisis "could only be done through a
negotiated political settlement".
The American official , during a press conference highlighted , that
the Libyan parties "will work on putting the final touches , to form
a national unity government , to preserve the unity and integrity of
the Libyan soil".
She said , that a united government , is considered the best
guarantee for the prevention of any terrorist threat , will not
exacerbate the situation , and take advantage of the current
political situation , adding that , the Libyan people "will benefit
greatly from the return of peace and stability in the country".
