Leon: Algiers declaration call for a final agreement.

Algiers, 04.05.2015(Lana) Head of UNSMIL, Bernardino Leon praised
Thursday the declaration which crowned the 3rd round of Libyan
dialogue in Algiers, and considered a major call for concluding a
final agreement.
At a press conference in the Algerian capital following the 3 rd
round of Libyan party leaders and activists, Leon expressed
satisfaction to Algeria for its significant, constructive and neutral
role to restore peace in Libya.
He underlined that all Libyan political parties which took part
in the 3rd round of dialogue represent 95% of the Libyan people,
pointing out that all participants in Algeria meeting belong to
political parties which characterized the Libyan political arena in
the past three years.
Leon said at stack for us at the UN level is to look for clarity
which lacked the previous draft of the agreement and which was
rejected by the GNC due to ambiguity specially capacities of the
various bodies.
Leon said there are no major problems adding that the
institutional architecture was accepted.
Leon said Libya has no time to waste due to deteriorating
economic situating and progress of a group named itself ISIS and the
humanitarian crisis in various parts of the country, stressing that
it is high time to conclude balanced, fair and rational agreement.
The UN envoy considered reaching a final agreement linked to
three basic principles which is a balance between the bodies,
consensus and comprehensive nature.
