Military zone reorganize forces in Nafusa Mountains.

Gheryan, 23.05.2015(Lana) The Commander of the Nafusa Military Zone, Col. Mohamed Shtaiba, emphasized that the "Protection and Support" brigade completed formation and began deployment in the checkpoints and crossings of the area, which extends from the Ghadames to Gheryan and Shwairif. Shtaiba said the brigade is controlling eight checkpoints. He also underscored the importance of organizing the structure of the military institutions and units and to work on improving the performance so as the forces can protect the borders and homeland soil. Shtaiba said that they communicated with the GNC defense committee and informed them about the requirements of Nafusa mountains military zone, and they expressed readiness to provide all the available capabilities to assist in building the army. = Lana =
