Libyan National Human Rights Committee Says Solution to Crisis is Political.

Tripoli, 20 May 2105(Lana) The Libyan National Human Rights Committee has affirmed that the solution to the status quo situation in Libya a political one. It stressed the importance of cooperation by all and the support of the UN and neighboring countries to bring about a Libyan to Libyan solution, that can satisfy all parties and resolve outstanding issues. It welcomed efforts to end the fighting and the violence across the country, and establishment of a national reconciliation in the country. Fanaticism, violence and discrimination and seclusion do not help build a nation, rather they destroy the foundations of the homeland, the Committee added. It called for an immediate ceasefire and cessation of hostilities throughout the country. =Lana=
