UNSMIL: kidnapping civilian is part of the war crimes.

Tripoli, 16.05.2015 - Lana - The 'UNSMIL' today Saturday , said that kidnapping acts against civilians in Libya , are part of "war crimes". The mission in its statement said : " the crimes of kidnapping civilians are carried out , against the backdrop of continued fighting , the deep political crisis , terrorist attacks , the spreading of the terrorist organization so called "Daash" , other extremist groups and the collapse of the criminal justice system". It added , that those kidnapped were been exposed to torture and bad treatment , that some have died while in custody , and maybe executed or tortured till death. The international mission , said that hostage-taking , torture and killing , are considered as war crimes , and bear the responsibility for those who commit or give orders for such acts , including the international criminal court 'ICC'. =Lana=
