Gharyan Targeted With Heavy Artillery Last Night.

Gharyan, 14 May 2015(Lana) The city of Gharyan, 80 km south of
Tripoli, was last night target of shelling with Howitzer artillery by
the Zantan forces and affiliated regions, causing panic among
residents of the city.
More than 50 Howitzer rockets fell on different sites in the
city, a source as the Libya Shield Force 4 told the Libyan news
agency correspondent in Gharyan.
A small plane was flying at high altitude in an intensive fashion
at dawn on Wednesday, followed by heavy artillery bombardment on
Gharyan, causing extensive damage to building and cars, the source
said.
Residents in the bombed areas denounced the criminal shelling of
civilian quarters and called an end to these outrageous acts.
Lana correspondent in Gharyan said life was normal in the city on
Thursday, schools opened as well as shops and other public
institutions.
